Reflexology
60 minutes £40
Reflexology works on the feet. This beautiful treatment applies pressure on the tiny reflex points on both feet which helps to align and balance the systems within the body, release toxic build up that cause disease and aids in the body's own defence mechanisms. At best a course of this treatment can bring harmony and health back to every part of you and at the least can bring a serious case of deep relaxation which enables the body to help heal itself on a cellular level.

Reiki works with energy. A Japanese heat therapy which moves the energy around the body. Energy goes where healing is needed. This treatment helps with Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual issues in a non invasive manner. A deeply relaxing place to be. As a Reiki Master, I can also attune you to Reiki energy. With Level I you can work on yourself, friends and family and on Level II you are given the powerful Reiki symbols which allows you to practice further. Reiki is a way of life, not just a therapy.
Aromatherapy massage

Massage provides and supports the body in strengthening and healing. This is done with essential oils, picked for your specific condition, each with their own unique health benefits that work on a cellular level and along with the massage, creates a state of deep relaxation that then activates the body's self healing ability.

Hypnotherapy can help with so many difficulties in your life. Weight, Insomnia, PTSD, phobia, fears, depression, confidence, addictions, stress to name a few. A consultation will enable me to develop the correct tools to help rid unwanted thoughts that lead to unwanted actions in your life. Session times may vary but will be explained during consultation.
Thermal auricular ear candles

As you lay down on your side, a specially designed herbal tube is placed in your ear while the other end is lit. As the tube slowly burns down, the herbal "smoke",filled with medicinal properties, is released down into the ear canal. Along with a beautifully soothing sensation, issues such as tinnitus, sinusitis, headaches and stress can be eased with a sense of deep relaxation. A safe environment to explore a wonderful treatment. A facial cleanse ( deluxe) follows leaving you with a feeling of a clear, relaxed head.

My Story
Hand to Foot Holistics was created over 20 year ago, when I completed my first Reflexology course after many years of interest in health and wellness and alternatives to conventional medicine. In my early twenties, I was addicted to pharmaceutical drugs whilst suffering from trauma based mental health. Once I began to resurface from this, with many years of intensive psychotherapy, I realised that wellness had to start from within and I began to follow a more holistic path. I fell fully in love with the wonderful impact it had on my healing. The service grew, the name stuck and I now offer a variety of treatments and services to improve and help you maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness, I provide the resources to do so in a healing and safe environment. I also work for the charity, MIND as I have a particular interest in people's mental health. In my other time, you can find me either up a mountain, somewhere in nature, going on glorious trips in my camper van with my husband or in my studio, painting.

I feel that wellness options should be available to everyone and not just those privileged enough to afford it. My pricing is reflected in this. I keep costs low without losing quality. Block bookings are available. The more you book, the cheaper the cost.
